Vital Spark North performs nocturnes, meditations, and an elegy with music, dance, and film. Gary Schmidt, pianist and composer, and Erika Lawlor Schmidt, cellist and choreographer, have been creating work since 1995 that integrates dance, physical theater, music, and video. Their projects have been produced throughout the United States and Europe. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. A reception with light refreshments follows the concert.
